The basis of Masq menu is a broad collection of factors. Starting, most importantly, with our expertly crafted menus by our in house Head Chef. The Head Chef and the Kitchen team create a range of signature menus, which are bursting with intense flavours and diverse textures. Masq’s Kitchen serves a selection of sharing menus, alongside a range of signature canapés, meats and small plate style dishes which are filled with flavour. To stimulate the appetite, our food is best served with an aperitif cocktail or a glass of wine from the bar.
